How to Unlock Heartbreaker Title in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

You can earn hundreds of titles in "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" by completing challenges or leveling up in multiplayer matches. One of them is called the Heartbreaker title, which you will earn by using a specific perk and notching 125 kills. As with other titles you unlock, you can place this one in your callsign, which other players see when watching you play online. The various titles and callsigns provide players with bragging rights and a further way to customize the game experience.

Instructions

Completing the Challenge

  Choose the Scrambler perk when selecting your weapon class. This device scrambles the signal of your enemies, making their radar malfunction.

  Enter a multiplayer match once you have chosen your weapon class. To earn the Heartbreaker title, you can select from any of the various modes, such as Team Deathmatch, Search &Destroy or Capture the Flag.

  Get 125 kills at close range while using the Scrambler perk to complete the challenge called Scrambler Pro V. This will unlock the Heartbreaker title.
Selecting the Title

  Enter the multiplayer menu and choose the "Callsigns &Killstreaks" option.

  Select "Titles" on the next screen.

  Scroll through the pages of title until you reach "Heartbreaker." Select it and it will appear in your callsign at the top of the screen. The callsign and title will be visible to players when you participate in multiplayer matches.
