How to Edit Saves on Gamertags

On the Xbox 360, your Gamertag is your personal profile and your account name. For every game played with your Gamertag, game saves will be placed in a specific directory on your Xbox 360 storage device. If you have been playing a game on your Xbox 360 console but now want to start the game over fresh, e.g., without the previous save information, edit the game save in your Gamertag's save directory.

      Turn on your Xbox 360 console and a controller and navigate to the "My Xbox" and "System "Settings" menus.

      Choose "Memory" from the System Settings menu and select "Games."

      Scroll through the list of games until you reach the game you wish to edit the save for, and then select it.

      Select an editing option for the game save. Choose "Copy" to copy it to another storage device, "Move" to move it to another storage device or "Delete" to delete the game save.
