One of the most recognizable features of "Fable II" is its alignment system. The alignment system causes the player's character to have in-game consequences for their in-game actions. If a player gives money to a beggar, it is seen as a positive action and they will be rewarded with goodness points. Do things negative, like killing an innocent person, and points will be rewarded with badness points. In "Fable II", one of the tiers of alignment is Purity and Corruption. Players seeking to play an evil character will benefit from receiving corruption points.
