How to Get Infinite Bubble Shields

The forge mode of first-person shooter video game "Halo Reach" lets the player drop as many bubble shields onto the battlefield as they want. Unlike its predecessors, "Halo Reach" now lists bubble shields as drop shields and has changed its use from an item into an armor ability. When a player uses a drop shield, he literally drops a device that projects a bubble-like barrier around them, which protects them from gunfire for a limited time. Although the name has changed from "Halo 3" to "Halo Reach," its effect is still the same.

Instructions

    • 1

Start a game of forge from the main menu of "Halo Reach." The level you choose doesn't matter, as all maps can hold additional bubble shields.

    • 2

Turn into the forge editor by pressing up on the control pad. Armor abilities, vehicles, scenery and other items are created, deleted and moved by this tool.

    • 3

Scroll to the "Armor Abilities" tab in the Forge Editor and then to "Drop Shield."

    • 4

Fly around the map to locations where you wish to place the drop shields. Pressing the "A" button will place the armor ability on the cursor.

    • 5

Pause the game and save the map to record the placement of the drop shields for your next firefight. The end game option finishes the game of forge and returns you to the start screen of "Halo Reach."
