How to Release the Barriers in Blue Dragon

Many of the pathways, secret doors and valuable treasures are protected by a colorful gel-like substance in "Blue Dragon" for the Xbox 360. If Shu, Kluke and their friends can locate the colored barrier devices, the matching barrier color will permanently disappear when touched by your characters. There are five barrier devices to locate and dozens of individual red, white, black, blue and green barriers to remove. When you find the five devices, the world of "Blue Dragon" grows much larger.

Instructions

- 1
  Collect the red barrier device by destroying the Damaged Mecha in the Ancient Factory. The broken robot must be defeated to finish the Ancient Factory dungeon.

  Find the black barrier device by flying to the Sea Cube after you get the flying Mechat machine. Fly the Mechat northeast from Jibral Castle and kill the Azure Abyssal Dragon for the black barrier device.

  Enter Pachess Town and play through the local story mission to earn the green barrier device. Pachess Town is covered by a massive green barrier and cannot be left until the local mystery has been solved. The town is located north of the Ancient Prison.

  Acquire the blue barrier device by defeating Blazing Kirin in Baroy Town. Blazing Kirin is a massive robotic horse monster that must be defeated to continue the story.
- 5
  Pick up the white barrier device after destroying the Azure Sentinel in Noluta Village. You cannot leave Noluta Village until the monster has been killed and you receive the white barrier device automatically.
