How to Roll Backwards on Kinectimals

Kinectimals, developed exclusively for Xbox 360 with Kinect, allow users to adopt and control a virtual animal of their choice. After selecting your pet from a collection of large cat cubs, you can guide it through obstacle courses, explore the Kinectimals universe and teach it to perform tricks by commanding it with both your voice and body movements. Players that want to earn the "Ring Master" achievement must perform every trick in the game, including rolling backwards.

Instructions

  Sign into an existing Kinectimals game or start a new one. Ensure that your Kinect is properly tuned and able to see your entire body and stay inside the ideal playing area, 6 to 7 feet in front of the sensor.

  Travel to your favorite location from the main map and, if necessary, wait until Bumble finishes talking and your animal joins you on the screen.

  Go into freeplay mode and open your toy box. Sweep your arms to the left and right until you find the whistle. Select it by holding your hand over the whistle until the circle around it fills up.

  Hold your arms out directly in front of you and slowly trace wide circles in the air in a counterclockwise motion. Continue until your Kinectimal rolls backwards. It has now learned the trick, which can now be performed on command.
