How to Connect a Qwest M1000 to the Xbox With the USB Port for an Internet Connection

The Qwest M1000 is a DSL modem and router manufactured by Actiontec Electronics for use with Qwest high-speed Internet service. The M1000 comes equipped with a snap-in expansion module for wireless networking. To hook up the M1000 to an Xbox via a wire connection you must use an Ethernet cable. However, if you are using an earlier model Xbox console that is not equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, you have to use the Xbox 360 wireless networking adapter to connect the Xbox to the M1000.
