How to Get New Maps in Halo 3

"Halo 3" is a single- and multi-player first-person shooter released exclusively for the Xbox 360 in 2007. As with many games of its time, gamers played the online maps excessively and the developer added more maps to the marketplace. Before you can play these new maps, you must go into the game marketplace and retrieve them. After downloading them to your hard drive, the console automatically includes them in the game.

     Turn on your Xbox 360 and log in to your Xbox LIVE profile.

     Navigate to "Game Marketplace" and press "A."

   • 3

     Select "Browse All Games" under the "Add-Ons" section. Select "A to Z."

     Select "H," followed by "Halo 3."

   • 5

     Select the maps listed on the screen to automatically add them to your game.
