Things You'll Need
Instructions
Remove the battery case from the back of the controller by pressing its release button on the top and pulling back.
Use your pen-style X-Acto knife to peel off the serial-number sticker beneath the battery back. Place the sticker some place safe to keep it from getting dirty or ruined.
Remove the screws from the back of the controller. Place your fingers firmly on the bottom and top, with the top angled slightly down. Remove the back of the controller.
Look for the wires connected to the vibrators in the controller handles. The wires connect into the circuit board of the controller. Pull the plastic connectors, which causes no damage to the controller, to remove the vibrators. Re-assemble the controller.
