Enter the 3rd Echelon HQ building at the beginning of the mission. To enter, follow the wall backwards until you reach a row of motorcycles. Climb into the security booth and swipe the card of the lone security guard. Avoid the security cameras throughout the building.
Sneak to the transformer room across the parking garage floor. Enter the room and plant the C4. Sneak across the parking garage until you find a vent beneath a black van. Enter the vent and plant the C4 on the second transformer board.
Take the elevator up to the reception desk. Detonate the C4 charges at the desk.
Meet Grim's contact, Fryman, in the nearby office area. He gives you a pair of Sonar Goggles. Go to Reed's office and interrogate Korbin. Three Splinter Cells burst through the door after you interrogate him.
Avoid the Splinter Cells and run toward Anna Grimsdottir's office. Go to the desk in the office and listen to the audiotapes. After you learn the "truth," you receive increased aiming abilities and unlimited Executes. You automatically receive the Revelations achievement.
