How to Mod Your Color in Halo 3 for Ultra Green

Bungie's "Halo 3" lets players create customized Spartan super-soldiers and alien Elites for use across all multiplayer modes. Whether you are playing locally in the living room with friends or over Xbox Live with sharpshooters all over the world, it is a great feeling to let your foes know who you are the first and fifteenth time you kill them with the Gravity Hammer. If green is your favorite color, it takes very little effort to repaint your character's armor a variety of jade tones.

     Enter the "Appearance" option from the Settings menu. This option allows you to change many aspects of your online Spartan or Elite character's look.

     Scroll down to "Colors" and press A.

   • 3

     Pick the shades of green that you want for your character's primary, secondary and detail armor colors. The three hues of green available to choose from are "Sage," "Green" and "Olive." Press the A button to confirm each color selection.

     Exit the Colors menu by pressing B once you have saved your preferences.
