Walk left in the first area and shatter the glass in three display cases using Batman's sonic suit. Break apart the cases and build two switches using the pieces. Step on both switches. Swap out to a high-jumping character, leap to the top of the cases and jump straight up to grab the first minikit.
Employ Batman's sonic suit to shatter the glass blocking the room at the right side of the first area. Destroy everything in the room and build a toy horse with the pieces. Ride the horse back to the center of the room and into a doorway on the left of the escalators. Switch to Robin in his tech suit and enter the room to the left of this doorway. Use Robin to access the control panel. Control the toy vehicle through the maze and hit all of the red blocks. Once you complete the maze, return to the main room to grab the minikit.
Switch to Batman's sonic suit and ascend the escalator. Shatter the glass window at the top of the escalator, jump in and claim the minikit.
Swap Batman's suit to his demolition suit. Run to the right and destroy the silver box. Build a button from the wreckage. Leap on the button three times and grab the minikit from the opened door.
Enter the second area and climb the ladder. Jump up to the handlebar and move to the platform to the right. Build the LEGO pieces and jump on the red button. Switch to Two Face or Poison Ivy and jump down. Walk to the left through the toxic ooze, destroy the panel and build a generator. Swap to the Riddler and use his mind control technique to make the worker on the other side of the glass flip the switch he is standing close to. Swap back to Two Face or Poison Ivy, swim to the right through the green ooze and dive into the large canister to grab the minikit.
Swim back to the left of the room, climb up the ladder in the left corner and switch to Batman's demolition suit. Explode the silver barriers. Build a LEGO helicopter from the strewn pieces. Swap to Robin's tech suit and access the panel. Fly the helicopter to the top of the room in the center to grab the minikit.
Continue to the next room and build a robot from the two piles of LEGO pieces. Switch to the Riddler to mind control the worker behind the glass. Walk the worker to the panel and switch it on. This gives you control of the robot. Guide the robot through the red lasers to the far right of the room. Use the robot to turn on the panel and deactivate the lasers so that your characters can get through. Bust the gray gate on the wall before the next room, then jump up and grab the minikit.
Enter the next room, switch to Batman's sonic suit and destroy the glass on the first glass-covered area in the back of the room. Break apart the debris in the back left corner and assemble a gray rock. The rock goes up the tube automatically. Exit the glass-covered area and move to the right, toward the back of the room. When you spot a series of handle bars, jump up to the platform above and grab the minikit at the top.
Put on Batman's heat protection suit and run to the right. Break apart the yellow-paneled machine at the very right of the platform on your way; this will open a door at the bottom right of the screen, but do not enter the door yet. Notice the red pipes at the top right area of the room. Leap up onto them and climb to the top. Jump on the button and ride the flow of air to grab the minikit.
Exit through the bottom right door. Run to the center top area of the room and grab the minikit to the right of the tube with the glowing purple lines.
