How to Get a Redhot on Viva Pinata

Viva Pinata is a strategy game in which a player will not only raise and breed pinatas, but also earn money and build structures. Start a basic garden and pinata will immediately start living there. There are several basic types of pinata that are easy to catch, like the Whirlm and Taffly. These pinata will appear with basic garden maintenance and growth of basic plants like daisies. Some pinata, like the Taffly, can undergo a species change by following certain steps.

How to get a Redhott on Viva Piñata
- 1
  Reach Level 6 as a gardener. Attract a Taffly to the garden by planting daisies.

  Purchase a firebrand for 132 chocolate coins from Costalot's General Store and place it at any location in the garden.
- 3
  Direct the Taffly to fly through the flame of the firebrand. This can be done by directing the Taffly to any location on the other side of the flame. If this is done correctly, the Taffly will light on fire.
- 4
  Tap up on the directional pad to take out the watering can and spray the Taffly with water immediately. If this is done correctly, a new species of pinata will appear, the Reddhot.
