How to Get Winterized Combat Armour in Complicators Fallout 3

"Fallout 3" is an open-world action role-playing game developed by Bethesda Games Studios and released for home consoles and Windows-based computers in 2008. The Xbox 360 version of "Fallout 3" supports modification utilities and hacking tools such as Complicators Save Editor. With this program, it is possible to edit your personal save file and add specific items to your inventory. The Winterized T-51b Combat Armour is the most effective defensive item in "Fallout 3", as it is virtually indestructible.

  Plug a USB flash drive into your Xbox 360. The USB ports are located on the front of the console. Highlight your "Fallout 3" game save and select "Copy to USB Device" from the Game Saves menu on the Xbox 360 dashboard. Remove the USB drive from the Xbox and plug it into your computer. Copy the "Fallout 3" save file from the flash drive to your computer's desktop.

  Open the "Fo3edit.batch" file located in your Complicators Save Editor folder to launch the editing utility. Type "load" -- without quotation marks -- into the command window and press "Enter." Browse to the "Fallout 3" save file that you transferred from your Xbox and double-click on it.

  Type "listinv" -- without quotation marks -- into the command window and press "Enter." Your current "Fallout 3" inventory will display on the screen. Minimize the editor by clicking the horizontal line in the upper right corner of the application window.

  Open the "Fallout3.tsv" file located in your Complicators Save Editor folder. When the file is fully loaded, press the "CTRL" and "F" keys on your keyboard to open the Find dialog box. Type "T-51b" -- without quotation marks -- into the search field and click "Find Next." The location of the Winterized T-51b Combat Armour will become highlighted.

  Write down the series of numbers and letters that follow the entry for Winterized T-51b Combat Armour. This series of numbers is known as the "baseid" value of the item. Exit the "Fallout3.tsv" file by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner of the application window.

  Return to the editor and choose an item from your inventory that you want to replace with the Winterized T-51b Combat Armour. Write down the "baseid" value that is written below this item in your inventory.

  Type "fswap" -- without quotation marks -- into the command window followed by a space. Type the "baseid" value of the item in your inventory you want to replace into the command window followed by a space. Type the "baseid" of the Winterized T-51b Combat Armour into the command window and press "Enter" to swap the two items. Type "listinv" -- without quotation marks -- into the command window and press "Enter" to refresh the inventory list.

  Type "save" -- without quotation marks -- into the command window and press "Enter" to save your modified game file. Exit the save editor by clicking the "X" in the upper right corner of the application window.

  Copy the modified "Fallout 3" save file to your USB flash drive. Insert the flash drive into your Xbox 360 and access the Memory menu on the Xbox 360 dashboard. Select "USB Device" and highlight the "Fallout 3" save file. Select "Xbox 360 Hard Drive" to copy the modified save to your game console. The Winterized T-51b Combat Armour will now be available when you play "Fallout 3" and load your modified game save.
