How to Hide Your Weapon in Halo 3

"Halo 3" is a wildly popular first-person shooter video game available exclusively for Microsoft's Xbox 360 system. During multiplayer competitions, it is possible to hide your weapon with the use of a cheat code. Hiding your weapon serves no useful purpose, but it gives your character a different look from the others. For those unfamiliar with the cheat code, it is relatively straightforward to enter in just a few seconds.

Instructions

- 1
  Enter a level or local multiplayer match. You cannot be participating in an Xbox Live match if you want the code to work. The code will only work on offline multiplayer matches.

  Simultaneously press and hold the following button combination for three seconds: Right bumper, Left bumper, A button, Left stick, and D-pad down. If inputted properly, you will hear a sound and your weapon will be hidden.
- 3
  Return your gun back in sight by throwing a grenade, using the melee action or shooting your weapon.
