How to Get a Zumbug on Viva Pinata

Released for the Xbox 360 in 2006, "Viva Pinata" is an all-ages farm simulation game in which players raise multicolored pinatas in a constantly growing and changing ecosystem. With more than 60 species of pinatas to raise and maintain, players have many choices in customizing their own garden. This includes creating new species by manipulating ones already in place. The Zumbug resembles a Zebra pinata, but derives from the Horstachio.

Things You'll Need

Two Horstachio pinatas
Long grass on at least 30 percent of your garden
Two blackberries
Two daisy flowers
Six orchids
Two jars of jam

Instructions

  Feed two Horstachio pinatas one blackberry each.

  Feed the Horstachios one daisy flower.

  Feed the Hostachios three orchids.

  Order the Horstachios to eat one jar of jam. This fulfills the romance requirements for the two Horstachios.

  Move the cursor over one Horstachio, then select the other Horstachio and press "A." This starts the romance and takes you to a mini-game.

  Navigate your pinata through the mini-game maze without bumping into the Loathers on the perimeter. After beating the maze, the pinatas do their romance dance. Storkos will fly to your house and drop off an egg. When it hatches you will have a fully grown Zumbug.
