How Do I Learn to Fly on LEGO Harry Potter Years 1-4 on Xbox?

"LEGO Harry Potter Years 1--4" features the magical world of Harry Potter represented using LEGO blocks, and lets players live out Harry's first few years at Hogwarts. "LEGO Harry Potter" not only features the adventures and adversaries from the Harry Potter books, but also magic lessons that Harry and his friends must complete as part of their education at Hogwarts. For Harry to pass his first year at Hogwarts, he must master flying on a broomstick during his flying lesson, after which he will be able to fly whenever he comes across a LEGO broomstick piece.

Instructions

  Visit the Quidditch Pitch in the southeast section of Hogwarts after you finish your first Herbology lesson to begin your first flying lesson. Walk up to a broom to hop on it and begin the lesson.

  Move around in the air using the analog stick and ascend in the air by holding down the "A" button. You will automatically descend when you aren't pressing any buttons. Press "X" to cast a spell in the air.

  Fly in the direction of the gargoyles, as indicated on the screen. Cast a spell at the first targeted gargoyle to make him give up the Golden Snitch.

  Chase the second gargoyle and hit him with magic spells until he is defeated. The gargoyle will throw the Golden Snitch into a giant plant.
- 5
  Attack the plant with spells to defeat it. When it is defeated, you will automatically obtain the Golden Snitch. This will end the lesson and unlock the ability to fly using broomsticks.
