How Do I Unlock the Sixth Character on Halo 3 ODST?

"Halo 3: ODST" is a first person shooter that includes both a campaign and multi-player mode. The multi-player mode offers an option called "Firefight" in which players team together in a survival game against ever-increasing waves of enemies. Rookie is the only character available at first, but five more characters can be unlocked for Firefight by playing the game's campaign mode. The sixth character, Dare, is the only female and the hardest to unlock.

Instructions

  Begin playing the campaign mode of the game on "Legendary" difficulty. It may be necessary to begin with an easier mode and work your way up to Legendary.

  Unlock each of the other characters except for Sgt. Johnson. Sgt. Johnson is an exclusive character to those who pre-ordered "Halo 3: ODST." The characters Buck, Butch, Mickey and Romeo, are all unlocked by completing Campaign chapters on any difficulty, including Legendary. It is impossible to unlock Dare without first unlocking these four characters in any order.

  Complete the entire Campaign Mode on Legendary difficulty. This unlocks Dare, along with any other characters not previously unlocked with the exception of Sgt. Johnson, for immediate use in Firefight Mode.
