How to Beat Undress to Kill

Meet with Dwayne at Vespucci Circus, in the north end of Algonquin, near the Northwood Heights Brdige, after you have completed the Ruff Rider mission. Learn about the Undress to Kill mission from him.

Head east to Bohan by taking the Northwood Heights Bridge. Use your on-screen GPS to navigate to the strip club. Park your car outside and unequip any weapons you have on you so that you don't arouse suspicion. Head inside and speak with the two men near the entrance.

Go into the small office near the entrance to find one of the club owners. Kill him with one of your weapons. If you want to make things easier, use a melee weapon or blade to kill him so that you don't have the entire club trying to kill you.

Make your way to the back of the club, where the private rooms are. Approach one of the rooms and the bodyguard will tell you to leave. Kill him, then go into the room and kill the second club manager -- both men are in different private rooms, and the third will most likely run away once the commotion starts.

Chase the last manager out of the club while dodging the club's guards. They will start attacking you once you kill the second manager, so shoot your way out of the club. Steal a car from the lot and chase the manager down. He is driving a pickup truck, and a red dot appears on your GPS.

Shoot at the truck or try to ram it off the road. If the truck ignites, the manager will get out of the car. Alternatively, you may be able to shoot him from your car if you are good with aiming and driving. Once the third manager is dead, the mission is complete. Head back to Dwayne at Vespucci Circus to report the mission's success.
