How to Do Team Rush Attacks in Star Ocean

"Star Ocean: The Last Hope" is the fourth title in the "Star Ocean" series of action-RPG games. "The Last Hope" adds one major feature to battle sequences: rush mode. Rush mode adds several bonuses to the character's combat skill when activated. Characters in rush mode can't get stunned by enemy attacks and can activate a rush combo, which incorporates attacks from team members in a high-damage series of attacks that cannot be blocked.

Instructions

- 1
  Increase the rush gauge to 100 percent. The rush gauge increases whenever the character successfully performs an attack, skill or spell. Getting hit will lower the rush gauge.

  Press and hold the "X" button when the rush gauge is at 100 percent and press either the "Right Trigger" or "Left Trigger" button to activate combo rush mode. The screen will shift and the rush combo will begin.
- 3
  Follow the button sequences as they appear on the screen. Missing a button press or pressing the wrong button will stop the combo attack.
