  Enter the building and turn to your left. Continue straight ahead until you can use the grapple gun to reach the grate above. Walk north through the doors.

  In the next room, destroy the plant pods and defeate all the opponents. Walk through the only door in this room.

  In the next room, use Batman's line launcher tool to cross the electrified water. Follow the large vine to the center room. Defeat the guards that attack you. Look towards the west to see the large vine. Use the line launcher to reach its location. Enter the next room.

  In the next room you will find Poison Ivy and the boss battle will begin. Avoid the vines that shoot from the ground. If they trap you, press the "X" button until you are free. Move left and right to dodge the spores until the plant's core is open. Use quick batarangs to damage the boss. When the plant falls over, spray it with the explosive gel. You will have to do this twice to be able to attack Ivy directly. Ivy begins to send guards after you when she attacks. Avoid the vines while defending yourself. Continue attacking the plant core until it falls again. Spray and detonate the explosive gel for the third time to win the fight.
