How to Unlock Cards on Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds Decade Duels

Unlocking new cards is an important part of keeping your deck strong in "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds Decade Duels." New cards can be obtained by unlocking new card packs, so you will unlock dozens of cards each time you unlock a new card pack. You'll have to accumulate points to purchase the card packs though, which will give you a series of cards at random.

  Advance through the game's story. The only way to unlock card packs in the game is to defeat the different duelists you face when playing through the game's story. After completing a major milestone, such as defeating a long-standing rival in the game, you'll usually unlock a new card pack. When a new pack is unlocked, the game will notify you.

  Replay previous levels and duel easier opponents. You are awarded points for each duel you complete, so the quicker you can get through the points, the more points you can accumulate to purchase card packs.

  Purchase newly unlocked card packs. Each pack will only give you a handful of cards, but each pack series has dozens of cards. To get all the cards in the series, you'll need to purchase multiple card packs of the same series.
