How to Invite Your Friends to Play a Pick Up Game in 2K10

"NBA 2K10" is a basketball simulation game for multiple consoles. The video game includes all 32 NBA teams and their players. Realistic game play, three-dimensional graphics and artificial intelligence enhances the game play experience. The PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions of the game include an online component that allows players to play against their friends in a single basketball contest. Accessing the video game online allows users to invite friends to play in a pickup game.

Instructions

  Start "NBA 2K10" by inserting the game's disc into the video console's disc tray. Once the game starts, Press Start using the video game controller to access the main menu.

  Move the right analog stick to the right once the game has fully loaded and select Quick Game. The game will display three sections. The far left and far right sections allow players to change Home and Away teams. Access the middle section, which displays three options: Ranked, Quick Game and Invite Friends.

  Select the Invite Friends option using the controller's Start button. The game will take players to a lobby where friends that are online and have the game will be displayed. Select the desired friend to participate in the game and wait for them to accept the challenge.

  Confirm the basketball match-up with the friend. "NBA 2K10" will return both players back to the Quick Match screen. Select the teams to use in the game. Press Start to confirm the selection and begin the game.

Xbox 360
