Reach level 5. You must be at least level 5 to obtain the quest.
Approach Namira's Shrine, southeast of Bruma and northeast of where the Silver and Orange Roads meet.
Reduce your personality if needed. If your personality is higher than 20, Namira's followers at the shrine will tell you that you are too attractive. Drinking cheap wine lowers your personality score by 10 for each bottle, so take an appropriate number of bottles with you to the shrine. All cities and towns have cheap wine in houses, taverns and inns.
Activate the shrine once your personality score reaches 20 or lower. Namira will tell you the story of the Forgotten Ones, give you the Namira's Shroud spell and mark the location of Anga on your map.
Travel to Anga, an Ayleid ruin just south of the shrine.
Enter the ruin and cast Namira's Shroud on the priests you find wandering about with torches. Once you cast the spell, allow the Forgotten to attack and kill the priests. Neither the priests nor Namira's followers will attack you. Don't draw your weapon or use an attack spell on either of these groups; let the Forgotten Ones kill the priests to successfully complete the quest.
Follow the green arrows on your map to find all four of the priests. Once they are all dead, the dialogue appears on your screen to say you have completed the quest and should return to the shrine.
Follow the red arrow to find the way out of the ruin and back to Namira's shrine. Activate the shrine to receive Namira's thanks and your reward.
