How to Duplicate Money & Potions in Oblivion

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion can be played almost indefinitely, including a wide-open,sandbox-style that a player can continue to explore and find new quests in for hundreds of hours after the main plot line is resolved. While this is freeing, it can also lead to a player needing extra potions and money. One way to acquire these extras is to use a glitch to clone your character and loot the items needed from its corpse. As this is an advanced technique, it's only recommended for experienced players.

Instructions

  Summon a Scamp for exactly 60 seconds.

  Use the paralyze spell on the Scamp for 10 to 15 seconds.

  Cast reflect on the Scamp for 7 seconds.

  Use Skull of Corruption on the Sscamp, but make sure to drop your staff before the spell actually hits it.

  Kill the clone version of yourself that attacks you.

  Stand over the clone's dead body, then save and reload the game.

  As soon as the game begins to load, rapidly tap the Inventory button. Do not quit until the game finishes loading.

  Take what you need from your clone's inventory. When the game loads, an inventory box will already be open. This inventory belonged to your clone and it is an exact replica of what you yourself were carrying, including potions and money.
