How to Flash Xbox 360 With iXtreme LT Using a USB

The Xbox 360 console uses an internal DVD drive to read data from game, movie and music discs. The Xbox 360 DVD drive can be modified to run custom firmware files that allow users to run backup copies of game discs. These custom .BIN files are released under the name "iXtreme" and the latest version "iXtreme LT" (lite touch). You can connect the DVD drive to your computer for modification via a SATA-USB cable rather than a SATA cable if necessary.

Wait for the flash process to complete, then close the program and turn off the computer. Unplug the USB-SATA cable from your computer and the Xbox 360 DVD drive. Connect the SATA cable from the Xbox 360 to the DVD drive, then place the unit back inside the console. Close the metal lid and replace the Torx screws. Return the outer plastic cover to its original position. Place the front faceplate back on the console and reconnect all power cables/accessories before turning the machine on again.
