Savior
You will encounter many "Little Sisters" in the game, and you can choose to save them or harvest genetic material known as "Adam" from them. To get the "Savior" achievement you should save all of these young girls and spare the lives of three characters--Stanley Poole, Grace Holloway and Gil Alexander--that you encounter in the game. Kill any of these people (even by accident) and this achievement will not unlock.
Unbreakable
The most formidable foe you will face in this game is the "Big Sister," a well-armored opponent with vicious attacks. You will tangle with this character several times in the game, and death can come quickly. Be sure to use your strongest weapons against her and heal often to prevent death. You must survive one encounter with all of your lives intact to get the "Unbreakable" achievement.
Look at You, Hacker
You will use the various hacking tools you collect in the game to hack turrets and security bots. Now, instead of attacking you, they will try to kill your enemies. Try to hide as these bots and turrets do your work for you, since you will not get credit for kills from using the hacked security devices if you finish off enemies yourself. Killing 50 foes using hacked security devices will unlock the "Look at You, Hacker" achievement.
Counterattack
To unlock the "Counterattack" achievement, you must kill an enemy with its own projectile. The easiest way to do this is by using the Telekinesis ability, which allows you to grab the weapon in the air and reverse its direction. Try to earn this achievement against the Rumbler, which constantly fires rockets at you. You can also get this one by chucking grenades back at Splicers with Telekinesis.
