How to Unlock Driftwood in Fable 3

In "Fable III," you play as a prince (or princess) who has fled his castle, intent on finding a way to stop his greedy brother, the king, from destroying Albion. Many years earlier, in "Fable II," Driftwood was a colony of gypsies where the young hero of Albion grew up after losing his only family. Now, Driftwood is little more than an abandoned patch of islands. One man, however, sees potential in the land. Helping him allows you to access the secrets hidden within the islands of Driftwood.

Instructions

- 1
  Collect 750 gold pieces. Gold is earned by opening treasure chests, selling items, doing quests and performing small jobs.

  Leave the Bowerstone Market to enter the Millfields area. Go down the hill and then run up the next hill you see. This leads to Bowerstone Lake.

  Take the path to your right and walk across the bridge. Go up the path leading toward a man who is standing next to some stone ruins.
- 4
  Speak to the man. He will request 750 gold to restore Driftwood. Give him the gold and exit the Bowerstone Lake area.
- 5
  Return to the man after a few in-game days have passed. Cross the newly-built bridge behind him to enter Driftwood.
