How to Use DLC Content on a JTAG 360

The Xbox 360 is manufactured with an internal motherboard that can be hacked to run custom applications including the "JTAG" exploit. Running a JTAG hack on your Xbox 360 allows you to run programs from the console's hard drive rather than a CD or DVD. You can use your Xbox Live Downloadable Content (DLC) on your JTAG Xbox 360 just as you would on any other Xbox 360.

  Turn on your Xbox 360 console and press the center button on your controller to open the sign-in menu. Press the "X" button to view a list of available Xbox 360 profiles, select yours with the left analog stick, then press "A" to confirm your selection and sign in. Eject the disk tray on the console and insert the game disk you wish to play (all DLC content requires the original game disk to begin play).

  Select "Games" from the Xbox 360 dashboard with the left analog stick and press "A." Browse the list of available game content on your Xbox 360 and select the DLC you wish to play (all DLC is stored locally on your Xbox 360 hard drive).

  Press "A" to begin playing the selected DLC. You do not need to sign in to Xbox Live to play online DLC, but some game updates and patches are only available from Microsoft's Xbox Live servers.
