How to Unlock the Haunted Helmet

As with other games in the series "Halo: Reach" is a first person shooter where players use a variety of weapons to battle aliens and, more likely, other players. The game was released in September 2010 for the Xbox 360. Also holding with the "Halo" tradition there are armor and weapons customization available to players who have unlocked different ranks and achievements throughout the game. Among the most demanding, and therefore prestigious in this game is the Haunted Helmet. The Haunted Helmet displays a skull over the face and surrounds the character's head with flames.

Instructions

- 1
  Play any part of "Halo: Reach" except the theater. Any game, even a custom one, will earn "cR" (credit) toward your character's ranking and ability to purchase items.

  Achieve the rank of "Inheritor." This is the highest rank in the game and requires over 20 million cR to unlock. The Haunted Helmet does not become available until this rank is reached.

  Purchase every other helmet in the game. This means every base helmet and every variant available.
- 4
  Purchase the Haunted Helmet. Once the helmet is made available at the Inheritor rank, and the prerequisite of purchasing every other helmet is fulfilled, the helmet can be purchased. Fortunately, after all that work, the helmet costs only 1 cR.
