How to Get a Resurgence Pack

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" was released for the Xbox 360 in 2009. The Resurgence Pack, released in June 2010, adds five new maps to the multi-player portion of the game. Three maps are completely new, while two maps, "Strike" and "Vacant," are "Modern Warfare" maps re-released for "Modern Warfare 2." The map pack is available to download at any time from your Xbox 360 main menu.

Instructions

      Select "Explore New Games" from the "Games" tab on your Xbox 360's main menu.

      Select "Add-Ons" from the "Add-Ons and Extras" tab.

      Select "M" under the "Titles A-Z" tab.

      Select "Modern Warfare 2" and scroll to the "Extras" tab.

      Select "Resurgence Pack."

      Select "Download Now". As of April 2011, the Resurgence Pack costs 1200 Microsoft Points to download. Once downloaded, the pack is automatically installed, and the new maps will be available to play in the multi-player portion of "Modern Warfare 2."
