Double-Jump
The double-jump is a glitch in the game that can be exploited to gain extra height when you're jumping. To perform a double-jump, lift an object above the character's head. Jump into the air while holding the object. At the highest point of the jump, just before the character starts to descend, throw the object downward and hit the jump button again. The character will start a new jump from the point at which the object was released.
Wall-Climbing SUV
You'll receive "Stars" when you perform feats of driving skill. These will be added to a cumulative "Star Rating." At the 4-Star level, you will unlock a special agency SUV, which has a useful special ability. Press the "B" button to cause the suspension to compress, which produces extra grip. If you park the SUV with its front bumper against the side of a building and hit the gas, the front wheels will start to creep up the wall. Continue doing this until the rear wheels make contact with the wall, and then press "B" to use the special ability. If you timed it correctly, the SUV will clamp to the wall, allowing you to climb the side of the building. Performing this trick when you're assaulting Wang Tower will allow you to bypass many of the guards.
Crime Toggle
After defeating a faction and shutting down their organization, an extra option will be added to the menu screen that allows you to turn off crimes by the defeated group. Turning off the ambient crime by a particular faction can make the rest of the game significantly easier, since you won't have to deal with distractions from the defeated group when you're trying to fight the remaining factions. Once the game is complete, turning all the crime factions back on will provide you with plenty of targets if you want to keep fighting.
Achievement Hints
There are a handful of achievements that sound as if they require extreme luck to complete. However, a couple of them can be easy, as long as they're attempted in the correct place. The "Driving High" award can be earned by heading to the supply point in Garcia Point. Get in the Jeep to the left of the supply point and drive up the ramp. The achievement will be awarded at the top. The "Shot Putter" award can be easily fulfilled by hurling an object from the roof of Wang Tower. The "Car Juggler" achievement can be fulfilled by throwing an SUV off of the same roof and quickly shooting it with a rocket launcher.
