New Game Plus
New Game Plus is an option that lets players replay "Lost Odyssey" with all inventory and special items they completed the game with. To unlock New Game Plus, successfully complete the game once, then save your game file. Reload your file and select the first level to begin the game with your inventory and item list still intact.
HP/MP Recovery
In "Lost Odyssey," there are two methods to easily restore your entire party's HP and MP. In any level, move to a save point, then save your game. Restart the game, then reload your game. You will continue the level, but with refreshed HP and MP. Alternatively, in levels where you can access the world map, enter the map, then re-enter the level. Doing so will reset your HP and MP.
Secret Dungeon
On the first level of the game's fourth disk, reunite with your party, then collect the Nautilus Boat. Go to the Urha area, then make Tolten your main player. Move your party to the Gongora Mansion courtyard, then find the Urhan Seal. Break the Seal to gain access to a secret dungeon.
Level Up
An easy way to level up late in the game is to gain access to the secret dungeon, then fight the villains inside -- known as Experimental Number 42s. These enemies are considerably powerful, so train your characters to at least level 35 or so before entering the dungeon; anti-petrify bonus items or skills will also be beneficial in fighting these villains.
