How to Replace a Microsoft 360 Headset

The Microsoft 360 headset is a wireless communications device designed for use with the Microsoft Xbox 360. The wireless headset allows you to talk to other players while playing games online. If your old headset is broken, you will need to purchase another one to continue online communications. The Xbox 360 wireless unit connects to your Xbox using a blue tooth signal.

Instructions

  Connect the AC charger to the port in the back of the headset. Connect the other end of the charger to an available wall outlet. Allow the headset to charge for at least two hours.

  Remove the charger from the headset.

  Turn on your Xbox 360 by pressing the power button.

  Press the large power button in the center of the headset to turn it on.

  Press the connect button on your Xbox 360. The connect button can be found between the USB port and the power button on the front of your console.

  Press and hold the connect button on your headset for two seconds. This will bond the headset to your Xbox 360 and allow use of the unit.
