How to Have Kids on the Sims for XBox

In "The Sims" for the Xbox, your goal is the move out of your parent's small house, get a career and start a successful family. The game is split into multiple levels, each with its own house, roommates and goals. After you've become successful at your career and gotten married, your next goal is to raise two babies until they reach childhood. Having children isn't difficult, but taking care of them is definitely a challenge.

Instructions

  Play the game until you reach the "Who Loves Ya Baby" stage. This stage is reached by completing the "Hot to Trot" house, where you must get your roommate a job, throw a party and fall in love with a party guest.

  Earn money by going to work every day, as well as sending your spouse to work. Open the inventory, and purchase either the Vibromatic Heart Bed for $4,500 or the WhirlWizard Hot Tub for $6,500.

  Select the item you purchased and get into the bed or hot tub. Direct your spouse to get in with you. Select the item and choose "Play" from the list of options.

  Wait for a few minutes and a baby appears. Move the baby's cradle close to your bed. The baby cries most of the day and must be attended to when it does. Too much crying causes a social worker to arrive and take the baby away.

  Feed the baby and sing to it whenever it cries. After a few days, the baby develops into a child. At this time, have another baby and raise it until childhood to complete this goal.
