Instructions
Plug the USB memory card into the USB drive on the Xbox 360. Go to the "My Xbox" option on screen and select "System Settings," "Memory," then select the USB device you want to format.
Choose if you want the entire flash drive configured or if you want to create a partition, which will only format a portion of the flash drive. Then, select how much of your USB memory you want to be designated for the formatting. There is a 16-gigabyte limit for formatting a single drive. Once formatted, you can use the flash drive to save content.
Take the flash drive out of the Xbox 360 and plug it into another console to transfer the content. Go to "System Settings," then select "Memory." Select the flash drive, then select the content on the drive and choose the "Move File to other device," option. Select the hard drive for the second console and the transfer will begin.
