How to Play With Eight Players on Call of Duty By System Link With Two XBoxes

"Call of Duty: Black Ops" is a military combat game that allows players to use a variety of weapons to battle each other over a number of terrains. System Link allows you to put two Xboxes together, allowing eight players to play "Call of Duty" in one location.

  • Two televisions
  • Two Xboxes
  • Ethernet cable

Instructions

    • 1

      Set up each Xbox on the TVs. Connect the Xboxes with the ethernet cable by inserting the cable into the back of each Xbox.

      Put a copy of "Call of Duty: Black Ops" into the disk tray of each console and load the game.

      Select the "Multiplayer" option on the main screen on either console.

      Choose "Local" and then select "System Link." Press the "A" button on each controller to add all eight players to the game lobby.

      Select the game type and map you wish to play. Select the "Start Match" option to begin the game.
