How to Do a Flying Knee in UFC Undisputed 2010

"UFC Undisputed 2010" is part of the highly successful line of UFC console games released by THQ Games. Gamers praised the "Undisputed 10" for its refinement of the series' grappling and clinch systems and the ability to use the walls of the cage. Its introduction of karate, MMA, Greco-Roman and Sambo fighting styles allows you to customize your fighting style with strategic and offensive moves, such as the flying knee.

Instructions

    • 1

Load the game and select a fighter. Check the fighter's action list to confirm that the flying knee technique is available for him. If your fighter cannot perform the flying knee, choose a fighter that has the technique in his action list, such as Mauricio "Shogun" Rua. Alternatively, create a fighter by choosing the Muay Thai style and work your way up until you can train him in the technique.

Throwing the flying knee within a certain range can score a KO. Outside that range, it will cause damage to your opponents' arms and body. To practice the flying knee to the head, go into Practice Mode and practice triggering the move from different distances. This will improve your skill and give you a good idea of how close you need to be to your opponent to strike his head.

Start a match. Trigger the flying knee move by flicking the left-hand analog stick. This technique can be challenging, so be patient and practice the movement as lightly as possible, brushing the analog stick towards your opponent. Press the left bumper button and "B" buttons simultaneously. This command will cause your fighter to move forward, jump and throw the flying knee strike.
