Directions to Oakvale in Fable 2

Fable 2 offers many optional quests, such as "The Archaeologist." For this quest, you will go to various locations in the game recovering ancient artifacts. One artifact is said to be located in Oakvale. However, Oakvale, a town from the original "Fable," does not exist anymore and can be confusing to players when they first accept the quest. The town of Oakvale has been destroyed and is now called Wraithmarsh.

Instructions

     Travel to Wraithmarsh, which is to the west of Bloodstone Village.

     Travel to the Drowned Farm, located on the east side of Wraithmarsh.

   • 3

     Defeat the banshee that will appear when you enter the area.

   • 4

     Follow your dog, as he will lead you to the location of the buried artifact once the banshee has been defeated.

   • 5

     Press "Down" on the Xbox 360 controller's directional pad to use the shovel to uncover the artifact.
