How to Put a Picture From Your Computer to Your XBox 360

In addition to playing games, DVDs, music and online video content with your Xbox 360 game console, you can also transfer digital photos from your computer to the 360's hard drive. This will allow you to display your personal pictures in high definition on your television screen, as well as create slide shows. With the vast amount of storage space available on your 360, you can even add an entire photo library to it.

  Save the pictures you want to transfer to your Xbox 360 onto a USB device, such as a jump drive or an external hard drive. When you're finished, eject the device and unplug it.

  Turn on your Xbox 360 and attach the USB device using either the two ports on the front or the port on the back of the console.

  From the main menu of the Xbox 360, select "My Xbox" and then select "System Settings."

  Select "Memory." Your external USB device will be shown as "MU." Select this option to view your files.

  Select your picture file and then choose "copy." Select "Hard Drive" as the destination for the file transfer. Repeat this step for each of the picture files you want to transfer to your Xbox 360.
