How to Perform a Strong Attack in Silent Hill Homecoming

"Silent Hill: Homecoming" was released in 2008 for the Xbox 360. You control Alex Shephard as he navigates the horrors of the town of Shephard's Glen battling horrific monsters and apparitions. Alex can perform both a light and a strong attack in battle. The strong attack does extra damage but is slower to attack. It can also be charged to do additional damage as well. Knowing how to perform the strong attack will make "Silent Hill: Homecoming" easier to complete.

     Press the "Right Bumper" button on the Xbox 360 controller to select the weapon wheel.

     Use the "Analog Stick" on the controller to select a melee weapon, such as a lead pipe or a knife. Only melee weapons are capable of performing a strong attack.

     Press "X" on the controller to perform the strong attack.

   • 4

     Hold "X" to charge the strong attack. When the attack is fully charged, it will automatically be used on the closest enemy.
