How to Unlock the Songs on DDR Universe 2

Special Events

  Choose a character and complete the first dance challenge.

  Complete all the dance challenges in the different regions. Periodically, an envelope will appear to notify you of special event challenges in regions you have already cleared. You can tell how close you are to clearing a region by looking at how many sections of the region are filled in with color on the map.

  Complete the 12 special event challenges that unlock new songs. Some of the challenges reward extra money or achievements, but the challenges located in Ofa, Rab, Bagania, Bonolu, Sasube, Istar, Taka, Bibi, Apia, Tamommo, Dempasa, and Recon, all give new songs.

Tournaments

  Complete the dance challenges in the regions surrounding the islands of Cadonia, Ruby, Moldig, Manarina, and Capp. This will allow you to travel to those islands.

  Complete enough dance challenges to fully color the five islands. Once an island is fully colored, a crown icon will appear to indicate a tournament challenge has become available there.

  Win the dance tournaments. Each dance tournament consists of four rounds of dance rival challenges and you must defeat each rival to win the tournament. A new song is unlocked for every tournament won on each island.

National Championship

• 7

  Complete all the dance challenges for each region to unlock the regional dance championships.

• 8

  Win all the regional dance championships to unlock the national championship. Win the national championship to unlock "Unborn" the final song in the game.

• 9

  Save the game after winning the national championship. "Unborn" and any other unlocked songs should now be playable in any game mode.
