How to Get the Katana Sword in Halo 3

The Katana sword is a non-usable item found in "Halo 3" made by Bungie Studios. It is part of the larger Katana armor set and can only be unlocked through a combination of online and offline gaming. The Katana does not actually do anything in the game and is only for cosmetic purposes. You will need a fast Internet connection to play online.

Instructions

  Find all 13 skulls located around different levels. The skulls can be found in various locations in the campaign mode. The skulls are hidden, and you won't find them in common places. It is necessary to play on normal difficulty or higher to unlock the skulls. (See References for locations of the skulls.)

  Complete all gamer achievements. You must have a score of 1,000 in the gamer achievement department of the game. You unlock achievements by completing out-of-the-ordinary stunts during game play. (See Resources for a list of gamer achievements.)

  Go to the armor customization screen when you are logged in online. There should be an option to change to Katana armor, and the Katana should appear as one of the pieces of armor.
