Hints for Xbox 360 Saints Row 2

"Saints Row 2" was released on October 14, 2008, for the Microsoft Xbox 360. The game was developed by THQ and Volition Inc., and features exaggerated game play and over-the-top violence in a city full of gangsters, hustlers and thieves. The Electronic Software Rating Board has given "Saints Row 2" a rating of "M for Mature."

Police Uniform Glitch
- Players are able to customize the outfit of their avatar in "Saints Row 2," but they are unable to fashion a police officer's uniform from the offered clothing items. You can take advantage of a glitch, however, that allows you to unlock the official police officer's uniform for your avatar. The first step is to join a co-op game that a friend has set up. Start the "Fuzz" activity in the game and immediately kill the cameraman or yourselves. When you are presented with the "Failed" screen, press the back button and quickly save your game. Exit the game and reload the file you just saved, and your avatar will still be wearing the police uniform. All you need to do now is save the outfit to your wardrobe, and you'll have access to it whenever you wish.
Entering Cars Through the Roof
- Moving cars can sometimes be difficult to hijack, especially when they try to speed away. You can take advantage of a glitch that allows you to enter moving vehicles easier simply by jumping onto the roof of the vehicle in question. Once on top of the roof, simply press the "Y" button on your Xbox 360 controller to instantly kick the driver out and hop in.
Secret Phone Numbers
- Players can access hidden items and power-ups by dialing certain phone numbers on their cell phone. Dialing the number 11 will give your avatar unlimited ammunition, dialing the number 920 will instantly give you access to the 12-gauge shotgun, dialing 1056 will instantly repair your damaged vehicle and dialing 1074 will instantly call a taxicab. Players must first dial the "#" sign before entering a phone number.
Unlockables
- Certain items and power-ups can only be unlocked by completing certain scenarios in the game. Complete level 3 of the "Snatch" activity in Chinatown for a 2x health regeneration multiplier, and complete level 6 of the activity for a 3x health regeneration multiplier. Conquer 50 percent of all the territories in the game to enable three followers in your crew. Mug 30 different people on the streets to unlock the paintball mask for your avatar to wear.

Xbox 360
