How to Break a Spartan Shield

"Halo 3" is an action game developed for the Xbox 360 in which players take on the role of the Master Chief, a member of the Spartan soldier group. During the game's multiplayer mode, players have a chance to do battle with members of the Spartan group. However, before these players can kill a Spartan soldier, they must break the soldier's shield.

Instructions

    • 1

      Move as close to a Spartan soldier as you possibly can without being detected. The best way to do this is to stay behind the soldier and maintain a sneaking stance.

      Press the right trigger button when you are close enough to the soldier to fire your weapon once.

    • 3

      Press the "B" button after firing your weapon to perform a melee attack. This attack will break through the Spartan soldier's shield and will likely kill him.
