How to Get Unlimited Care Packages in Modern Warfare 2

"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" is a popular first-person shooter for the Xbox 360. Both "Modern Warfare 2" and its successor, "Black Ops," originally had a glitch that allowed players to use an unlimited amount of the "care package" kill-streak perk during battle. A patch has since fixed this bug, but if you have an un-corrected version of the game, this glitch will allow you to obtain unlimited care packages.

Instructions

  Start a new game and get a kill streak high enough to get a care package.

  Equip the care package and hold down the "R" Trigger. Locate an in-game item to climb on.

  Continue to hold the "R" trigger. Follow prompts to press "A" to climb and hold the "Left" bumper, or flash button. Your character should switch to a gun. Continue to hold both the "Left" bumper and the "R" trigger. Press "Right" on the D-pad to switch back to the care package.

  Release the "Left" bumper to throw your secondary grenade. Release the "R" trigger to throw the care package. Retrieve the care package and use its contents, and you should find a new care package in your inventory.
