How to Read a Profile

The Xbox 360 is a next generation console released by Microsoft in 2005, with a new "S" version released in June 2010. You can have up to 100 Xbox LIVE friends with Xbox 360. Becoming Xbox LIVE friends allows you to chat, play games and keep track of each others' in-game achievements. If you want to read your friends' profiles to check up on their achievements, you must first know where to find their profiles.

     Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

     Press the guide button amid your controller. Press the "X" button to sign in to your Xbox LIVE profile.

     Press and hold the left analog stick up until you reach "Friends."

   • 4

     Press and hold the left analog stick to the right until you reach the avatar of the Xbox LIVE friend whose profile you want to read.

   • 5

     Press "A" to open the profile.
