How to Rent a House in Fable

The "Fable" video game series offers you the ability to roleplay an epic story in the world of Albion. Among the features introduced in the second installment, "Fable 2," was the ability to purchase property using currency earned through gameplay. Once purchased, property in Albion can be either lived in by the player character or rented out to generate in-game currency. Any house rented out will steadily generate money. Both "Fable 2" and "Fable 3" allow you to engage in this type of real estate behavior and follow the same process for renting out a property.

     Press the left analog stick to move your player character in front to the house you wish to purchase.

   • 2

     Press the "A" button when prompted while facing the property sign in front of the home.

   • 3

     Select "Buy and Rent Out," and press the "A" button to purchase the house and rent it to one of Albion's residents. The house will now periodically generate income for you as you play the game.
