Choose to be good or evil, pure or corrupt. Your actions throughout the game will affect your character's appearance. If you are good and pure, your character will have a halo, have healthy-looking fair skin and an overall angelic appearance. If your character does immoral deeds and is evil, it will grow horns, have glowing or red eyes and have rough, dark skin with cracks and warts.
Upgrade your attributes. "Fable II" has three kinds of skills: Skill, Will and Strength. When you upgrade your Will (powers), you will have glowing blue skin because of your magical abilities. If you upgrade Strength, you will become more muscular and defined. If you upgrade your Skill attributes, you will grow in height.
Watch what you eat. Eating foods that are high in fat, like pies and cheeses, will cause your character to gain weight. Eating healthy foods, such as produce, will thin your character down.
Change your clothes. In "Fable II," you can go to the tailor and buy new clothes, or find and obtain clothes during your travels. You can dress your character how you'd like, and you can buy and obtain dyes that allow you to change the color of the clothing.
Get to the hair stylist. In the Bowerstone Market, you will find a hairstylist that can give you a different hair cut and/or style. You can choose from a variety of looks, as well as facial hair. Also, if you want to change the color of your hair, you can apply a dye to it to make it lighter or darker.
Buy a tattoo. You can go to tattoo artists within the different cities and have special designs tattooed on your character's body.
