Transfer Cable
Turn off the Xbox 360 and push the release button on the console's hard drive.
Lift the hard drive up and remove it from the console. Plug the transfer cable into the console's hard drive and insert the USB end of the cable into the alternate console's USB port.
Turn on the alternate Xbox console, and click the triangle button on the Xbox 360's controller to select "Yes, transfer to console."
Push the triangle to select "Start." Remove the Xbox's cable after the transfer is complete.
USB Drive
Plug the USB drive into the Xbox's USB port and turn on the Xbox.
Press the triangle to select "My Xbox," "System Settings" and "Memory."
Highlight the USB Storage Drive icon on the screen and press the triangle button.
Highlight "Music" and press the triangle button.
Click the songs in the Transfer Content window, and click "Start."
Remove the USB drive from the Xbox after the transfer is complete and plug it into your PC's USB port.
Double-click the "My Computer" icon on the PC's desktop and double-click the USB drive icon. Drag and drop the music from the USB window to the desktop.
Click "Safely Remove Hardware" and "USB Mass Storage Drive" to unplug the flash drive.
